Hi,I’m Lorin! 

I have struggled with fear throughout my career as a Psychotherapist, when dealing with strong personalities, resistant, defensive and the wrong fit clients. 

In sessions I’d go into panic mode and my mind would go blank. I was afraid that I might say all the wrong things and further escalate my “already angry” client. I never liked conflict so I’d avoid it at all costs, until I had no choice but to confront it.

Daily I had to work on overcoming my impostor syndrome, to not react when clients would “push back” and trust that I could have hard conversations.

I’d rehearse scripts, practice what I needed to say and that’s what gave me courage to use my voice and set firm boundaries.

I created these scripts and this demo audio to help you feel confident and make the uncomfortable situations comfortable, so you can stay calm.
