What kind of results can I expect?

Clinicians who work with me report:

  • More confidence and ease with challenging clients

  • Less emotional reactivity and burnout

  • Stronger boundaries with clients and in their business

  • A renewed sense of purpose and energy in their work

Do you offer one-time consultations?

Yes. You can book a one-time 1:1 consultation if you're stuck with a case, struggling with reactivity or doubt, or need guidance on how to move forward. Many clinicians find even a single session brings clarity and relief.

What’s the difference between 1:1 consulting and the group program?

1:1 consulting is personalized and focused on your specific cases, goals, or emotional needs. The group program offers structured learning, community, and tools for long-term resilience and regulation.

Some clinicians do both, starting with a private consult and then joining the group program for ongoing support.

Can I work with you even if I’m not in private practice?

Absolutely. Whether you’re agency-based, in private practice, newly licensed, or seasoned, if you’re a clinician working with hard cases and feeling the toll, you’re welcome here.

Is this therapy or supervision?

No. I don’t provide therapy or licensure supervision. This is professional coaching and consultation for clinicians. We focus on mindset, clinical dynamics, emotional regulation, and protecting your passion for this work.
